Moreover, the micro-expansion high-alumina brick has high load softening point, anti-stripping, corrosion resistance, resistance to rapid cooling and heat, erosion resistance, and no pollution.

Micro-expansion high alumina bricks use high-alumina bauxite clinker as the main raw material, use "three stone" minerals and pyrophyllite as the expansion agent, and add some high aluminum fine powder and corundum fine powder as additives. The high-pressure forming of the press is made according to the production process of high-alumina bricks.
 
In the production process of micro-expansion high alumina bricks, it is necessary to choose expansion materials of suitable particle size, control the firing temperature, use the expansion of the material to adjust the structure to balance the shrinkage of the high alumina brick body under heat load, and make the product at low temperature During the firing process, the size is slightly swollen, reducing the occurrence of cracks.
