Construction Process of Pouring Material for Walking Heating Furnace

Walking heating furnace is a mechanical furnace that relies on a special walking mechanism to move the billet in the furnace. Its basic feature is that the movement of the steel billet on the furnace bottom relies on the movable walking beam of the furnace bottom to make a rectangular track reciprocating movement, and the steel billet placed on the fixed beam is sent step by step from the feed end to the discharge end. Compared with the push-steel continuous heating furnace, the walking-type heating furnace has the advantages of large production capacity, good steel heating quality, no arching, steel sticking, and the ability to withdraw steel materials. The wall of the walking heating furnace is built with clay bricks or rammed with plastics; the roof of the furnace is made of refractory plastics or refractory castables; the bottom of the furnace is mainly made of clay bricks, and the holes are made of refractory castables.

(1) The construction layout is a 1700mm hot-rolled wide strip steel mill system of a certain factory, with three walking-type heating furnaces. Three heating furnaces are arranged horizontally in the same direction. The inner lining of each part of the furnace is mainly made of refractory plastics, refractory castables and refractory spray coatings. There are many types of materials, and they should be stacked in order according to their category, brand and construction sequence when they are stored and stacked to facilitate construction. When choosing refractory warehouses, permanent buildings should be used as much as possible. The heating furnace is close to the slab warehouse, which can be used to store refractory materials.

(2) Construction method The lining structure of each part of the walking heating furnace: the furnace body is all refractory and plastic; the opening of the furnace bottom, the inlet and outlet ends, the top of the flue and the special-shaped pipe are refractory castables; the flue pipe ( And the chimney lining) are refractory spray paint. According to the overall situation of the heating furnace and the construction characteristics of each sub-project, the furnace is divided into three parts: The first part includes the furnace body, horizontal beams, supporting pipes, and risers, etc. The main part is ramming refractory plastics, and there is also a part. Refractory brick masonry and refractory castables; the second part includes brick flue, heat exchanger and hot air ducts, etc., mainly bricklaying, and some refractory castables;

The third part includes hot air pipes, flue pipes and chimneys, all of which are refractory spray coatings.

The three parts are in parallel flow operation in order to balance the construction and processing progress. The construction sequence of each part is generally carried out in layers from bottom to top or from outside to inside. Refractory spray coatings are generally sprayed from top to bottom. Various refractory materials are shipped in containers and stacked in the refractory material warehouse (slab warehouse of the hot rolling mill). Horizontal transportation, from the refractory warehouse to the furnace construction area, usually laying light rail transportation routes, the containers stored in the warehouse are loaded on the light rail trolley with a counterbalanced forklift, and then transported to the vicinity of the furnace or by manual traction or manpower. Other construction sites: For transportation from the slab warehouse to the furnace, light rails can be installed along the production conveyor roller line, and light rail cars can be used to transport the materials to various operating points. The light rail transportation line in the furnace is installed on a temporary platform in the furnace.

The platform is erected with fastener-type steel pipes, and the top surface is covered with springboards and light rails. Winding tower or belt conveyor can be used for vertical transportation. When possible, try to use the bridge crane in the workshop for horizontal or vertical transportation. The heating furnace is a thermal equipment used to reheat the blooms (slabs, billets, billets) or continuous casting billets to the temperature required for hot rolling. There are many types of heating furnaces. The temperature system of the furnace, the type of fuel, the way of air and gas preheating, the type of metal to be heated, the way of loading and out of the metal, the way the steel moves in the furnace, etc. all affect the structure of the furnace.
