Anti-stripping High Alumina Brick
Anti-stripping high alumina brick is specially developed refractory products for alumina kiln sintering zone. The raw materials of anti stripping high alumina bricks are special grade high alumina bauxite clinker and ZrO2 containing synthesized material. The production processes are: raw material batching, high pressure molding and high temperature sintering. The mineral composition of anti-stripping high alumina bricks are mullite(3Al2O3·2SiO2) phase, corundum phase(Al2O3) and glass phase.
Alumina sintering kiln features in high temperature, high alkalinity, strong abrasion and so on. The calcined material contains about 20 % of pure alkali, the sintering temperature is between 1250~1360℃. When clay bricks, high alumina bricks or phosphate bonded high alumina bricks are used as working lining material, kiln coating is not easy to adhere to them, so there is severe stripping, alkali corrosion and abrasion to refractory bricks.

Low thermal conductivity. Excellent thermal shock resistance.

The Application of Anti-Stripping High Alumina Bricks
Anti-stripping high alumina bricks are widely used in new type dry cement kilns, shaft Bohr kilns and wet cement kilns. The application parts include: kiln hood, ascending flue, cooling zone, decomposition zone, safety zone, transition zone, cooling machine backwall and sidewall, crossbeam arch, etc. Anti-stripping high alumina bricks almost successfully applied in all parts of cement kilns.

Wets short kiln sintering zone
The sintering zone and transition zone of wet short kiln is built by anti-stripping high alumina brick.
Cement kiln
Grate cooler backwall and sidewall, transition zone and parts adjacent to transition zone, cooling zone, decomposition zone, kiln door hood, kiln end.
Pre-calcining kiln
Decomposition furnace, smoke chamber, from transition zone end side to kiln end, high temperature zone all can be built by anti-stripping high alumina bricks.
