A chemically bonded refractory clay which uses a hydraulic, gas-hard or thermosetting bonding material as a binder, is hardened by a certain chemical reaction before the formation of the ceramic bonding temperature.

1.Phosphate refractory mud is an industrial phosphoric acid with a concentration of 85%. Phosphate mud refractory is diluted with warm water 1:1 to 42.5% diluted phosphoric acid before use, and then added to phosphate in an amount of 30%-40%. In the fire mud, adjust to the required consistency.
 
2.Phosphate refractory mud must be prepared 8-24 hours in advance and mud. Pour the powder into an acid-resistant container (water tank or acid-resistant appliance), add dilute acid, and dedicate.
