must use clean drinking water, PH value between 6-8, the mixing water should be accurately weighed.

use a forced mixer, all the mixing tools must be cleaned, and the mixture is evenly mixed.

5.All pre-embedded metal parts should be coated with a layer of asphalt paint before pouring.
6.Light castables are used up within 0.5 hours after mixing. When the casting thickness is within 200 mm, lightweight alkali resistant refractory castable is preferable to cast to the specified thickness once and vibrate until it is completely dense.
7.Curing humidity 100%, curing humidity should be 10-30 °C. Released 24 hours after pouring. The total curing time is 3 to 7 days.
8. This Lightweight alkali resistant refractory castable must not be mixed with or used in contact with other newly mixed concrete.
