Bubble Alumina Brick Introduction
Bubble alumina bricks are made of alumina hollow spheres and alumina powder as the main raw refractory materials, combined with other binders, fired at a high temperature of 1750 degrees for the lining of high temperature furnaces. Bubble alumina products are lightweight refractory materials with excellent heat resistance and energy saving, and are very stable in various atmospheres. Especially applied on high temperature kiln at 1800 ℃.

1. Has good thermal stability.
2. The reburning line has a small rate of change and is used for a longer period of time.
3. Bubble alumina have obvious thermal insulation properties, low thermal conductivity, which can play a very good thermal insulation effect, reduce heat dissipation, improve thermal efficiency, and thus save energy.

Bubble Alumina Brick Application
Bubble alumina brick used as insulation lining for petrochemical industry carbon black furnace, lining of high temperature kiln such as ceramics and refractory materials.
It is used as the heat lining of carbon black furnace in petrochemical industry, the lining of gasifier, gas insulated furnace,the lining of high temperature kiln such as ceramics and refractory materials.
It is used for firing hard and super hard alloy vacuum medium frequency ultra high temperature furnace lining and heat insulation layer, and can also be used for refractory lining of other ultra high temperature furnaces of 2000~2200℃.
It is used as the hot surface refractory lining of other high temperature kiln furnaces for ceramic kiln furnaces from 1400 to 1600℃.
